By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PunterSure mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the App for any of the following prohibited activities:

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by PunterSure and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Our Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

• Analysis and commentary
• Software code and algorithms
• Graphics, logos, and design elements
• Text, images, and multimedia content

remains the exclusive property of PunterSure.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not warrant that:

• The information provided is accurate, complete, or current
• The App will be available at all times
• The App will be free of errors or viruses
• Tips or predictions will result in winning bets
• Any particular outcome will occur in sporting events

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUNTERSURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any gambling losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from reliance on our tips or predictions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

8.3 Gambling Losses

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY GAMBLING LOSSES ARE ENTIRELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. We are not liable for any losses incurred through gambling activities, regardless of whether you followed our tips or predictions.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PunterSure and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your gambling activities
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any losses incurred through gambling

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by You

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through:

• Prominent notice on our website

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PunterSure regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
